Zotoff,

you must contact them directly. You can get a phone number from your bank statements which normally have phone numbers attached to them when there is auto withdrawals.

My name is Sharon Zotoff. My daughter Natasha Zotoff has a loan through BC Student Loans that I am repaying for her through preauthorized automatic withdrawal at a BC branch of the Bank of Montreal (Sechelt). I have moved to Alberta and would like to transfer the automatic withdrawals to my banking institution (Scotia Bank) here in Alberta to avoid any further missed loan payments due to delayed money transfers to BC. Unfortunately I don't have the information I need to change the banking arrangements and was hoping you could help. If you could give me an address and a department to send a voided cheque to I'd very much appreciate it. I don't have Natasha's student loan number unfortunately. Natasha and paperwork don't go together! If you need any further information from me in regards to verifying my position I'd be more than quick to supply it.

Thank you for your time.

[...] You must complete the first section of the BC application, and then send the application to the holder of your British Columbia Student Loan, so that the second portion can be completed. Once this is completed, you will need a letter that confirms your employment if you are applying based on your service in an underserved British Columbia Community, and this should b sent in with your application form. You must include an official transcript that confirms that you graduated from school, and this must be sealed. Section 4 of the application must be signed, and the entire package must be mailed to the Debt Management Unit of Student Aid BC. [...]
